Staying at Dnipro Hotel in Cherkasy was a delightful experience. The room was cozy, featuring a nice balcony with panoramic river views. Despite a few minor issues like a broken couch, the overall ambiance was pleasant. The Soviet-era interior decor added a unique charm to the accommodation. The staff, while friendly, had limited English skills, but having my interpreter made communication seamless. The hot shower and clean bathroom were definitely a plus! The hotel's large yet peaceful setting, along with courteous staff, made for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the vintage deep baths in the ensuite. The room was well-equipped with modern amenities like satellite TV, a fridge, and a kettle. The restaurant offered a buffet breakfast and European dishes, which was convenient. The barista zone serving specialty coffees added a nice touch to the experience.Although language barriers existed, the warm atmosphere and comfortable room compensated for any shortcomings. The hotel's setting in Cherkasy city center and proximity to the Dnieper River made it an ideal choice for exploring the area.
